Wheatland Steel has a quality system registered to ISO 9001-2000
standard. Our experienced managers and operators know how to work
with steel. No other company can do so much in one place. From
slitting steel coils to stamping, shearing, leveling, cutting and
fabrication. Wheatland has the right equipment to process steel
coils or sheets to the customer’s specifications and with our
100,000 plus, square foot facility with a climate controlled
environment and 60,000 pound crane capacity and handling storage of
customer’s materials is no problem.
Wheatland Steel has the newest state of the art Alcos 72” X 60,000
lbs loop type slitter with computerized shim-less tooling and 1000
FPM speeds. With this, you will get the quality and delivery you
need. Our Press Lines from 200 tons to 600 tons can meet all your
stamping needs. With our two 76” X .270 cut to length Leveling Line
and 10” Press Break, no job is to big or small. We also have ¼ X 10
foot shears to finish your sheets to any blank you may desire.
This year we have added a Hyd-Mech Band Saw with auto feed and
bundling capabilities and we also have 100 KVA resistance welders
and a 300 Amp MIG robotic welder. Along with our abrasive resistance
steel machining center, we think that Wheatland Steel is a One Stop
Shop.
Wheatland Steel is a growing company located on the cross roads of

trucking firms to help customers move materials in and out of our
facility. Our convenient location, 2 miles from Interstate 80 and
Route 60 and only 15 minutes from Interstate 79 enables easy
trucking from the North, South, East and West.
