With this, you will get the quality and delivery you need. Our Press Lines from 200 tons to 600 tons can meet all your stamping needs. With our 76” X .270 cut to length Leveling Line and 12 foot CNC Press Brake, no job is to big or small. We also have a ⅜ X 10 foot shears to finish your sheets to any blank size you may desire.
Wheatland Steel Processing has 2 Hyd Mech Horizontal dual post saws, one 18" and one 16" providing accurate 90 degree metal cutting from 1/8 inch angle iron to 18 inch stainless steel billets. Featuring up to 18" x 18" capacity, 10 HP motor, and 1 ½ inch blade, the H 18A is ideal for horizontal metal cutting applications. We also have 100 KVA resistance welders and a 300 Amp MIG robotic welder. Along with our vertical dual pallet HAAS machining center, we believe that Wheatland Steel is a One Stop Shop.

With the Hyd-Mech 18A, we are able to cut bundles up to an 18 inch diameter or square and any length a customer needs. “We offer cutting services of pipe or shapes to customers requiring accuracy and close tolerance.”
